This Spinach Avocado Smoothie is gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and kid-friendly! This is a perfect recipe to get your fruit and veggies in together, it’s a great addition to your breakfast or enjoy it for a snack. You don’t need additional sweeteners like honey or maple syrup to taste delicious.

It  gives you lots of vitamins and minerals but still filling from the healthy fats. And you only need 5 ingredients and is so easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 100 g Fresh baby spinach.
  • 1 ½  Banana (riper the banana or frozen banana depending on your preference) 
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of Almond butter (Try our “Just Almonds butter)
  • 300 ml of Almond Milk

Preparation

  • Put the avocado, banana, spinach, almond butter and almonds milk in the blender then blend it!
