Cacao Peanut Butter and Banana smoothie
You probably familiar with peanut butter for bread spread but this time let just smoothies from peanut butter for people who consciously about good health. This is just so easy to start your day.
- 1 peeled banana (can also use a frozen banana)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of granola (additional for topping)
- 1 cup of almond milk (or your favorite milk)
- 4 ice cubes
Just add all ingredients into a blender then blend it smoothly, pour into a glass, and top with granola. Quick and healthy than what you can ask for in the morning or at any time of your day, isn’t it?
