HOMEMADE RASPBERRIES CHIA JAM

Wants to make something healthy for breakfast that is good for your gut? Let’s try Homemade Raspberries Chai Jam. Keeps in mind making yourself a homemade jam you like is good as you can control any refined sugar! You can use it for your morning, snack yogurt bowls, toast, salad dressing, or even just on top of your ice cream!
Ingredients you need are:

  • Frozen raspberries – 5 oz
  • Gelatin – 2 tablespoons
  • Maple syrup – 1 tablespoon
  • Chia seeds – 2 tablespoons

Instructions:

*Heat frozen raspberries in a small pan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until the fruit is broken down and bubbles. Use a spoon to mask the raspberries to your desired consistency.

**Add Chi seeds and stir until combined, then add maple syrup and gelatin. Continue cooking for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool before keeping your homemade jam in a sealed container before storing it in the fridge.
